Key Takeaways

Their challenge:

  • Vicky knew she had something to say about web3, but she couldn’t reach her audience because she lacked a consistent content generation strategy.

Our approach:

  • Conducted a deep dive interview to shape her story and vision
  • Developed a comprehensive content strategy for LinkedIn
  • Revamped her LinkedIn profile into a landing page
  • Produced posts from biweekly content calls
  • Launched a podcast, "w3talk," and a newsletter, "w3 catch of the week," that has 6k+ subscribers and counting

Outcome:

Many of the posts we wrote with Vicky went viral, reaching over 100k impressions and making her a LinkedIn Top Voice. With our help, she launched her first conference, w3vision, and a physical space, w3hub. Her newsletter has amassed over 6k subscribers.

Vicky’s founder brand isn’t about turning her into the next big influencer; it’s about growing her business. Today, it’s her most crucial distribution channel.

What Vicktoria Klich says about us:

Within one year of working with notus I reached over 1m people on LinkedIn, was able to start a web3 conference, launched a top-performing podcast and got hired for consulting gigs. They’re my go-to personal branding experts.

Their challenge:

Vicky knew she had something to say about web3, but she couldn’t reach her audience because she lacked a consistent content generation strategy. She had the content ideas, but no platform to communicate them to her audience.

Approach

Setup:

We scheduled a deep-dive interview with Vicky to help her build her personal brand from the ground up. We learned about her passions, what excited her about the web3 space, and what her vision was for the future. We turned these into the pillars of her Content Archetype. From there, we created a clear content strategy aligned with her Archetype to make sure everything we created felt authentic to Vicktoria. We also transformed her LinkedIn profile from a typical “about me” into a landing page to convert visitors into followers/subscribers.

The Content Engine:

We held biweekly content calls with Vicky to discuss web3 trends, founder updates, and her story. From this raw material, we created 3x posts per week. Vicktoria’s first posts achieved over 100k impressions and went viral.

Launching the Podcast + Newsletter:

LinkedIn content was just the start. We worked with Vicky to develop a recurring podcast, "w3talk," from our content calls. We also launched a web3 newsletter, "w3 catch of the week," and gained over 6k subscribers with weekly editions. Both of these platforms strengthened Vicky’s connection with her audience and built her credibility in the web3 space.
